Grab some Burrata and wine!
Chill 4 salad bowls in refridgerator until ready to use. To make balsamic reduction, add balsamic vinegar to a small sauce pan and bring to a soft boil over medium heat. Once liquid starts to boil, reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 20-30 minutes with lid partially covering saucepan. Remove burrata cheese and bring to room temperature while balsamic vinager is simmering. When balsamic vinegar reduces to a thicker glaze, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Once balsamic reducion is cool, remove salad bowls from refrigerator. Place small burrata cheese in center of each bowl and arrange sliced roma tomatoes around cheese. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. add fresh basil leaves and drizzle balsamic reducion over cheese and tomatoes. Serve immedialey.
